- 1Check PQR title eligibility
Confirm that your medical degree, internship, registration, experience and practice continuity meet the current GP title requirements.
- 2Prepare one consistent document set
Names and dates must agree across records. Add legal translation with the original when a document is not in accepted Arabic/English format.
- 3Complete DataFlow PSV
Submit the credentials selected for verification. DataFlow contacts the university, regulator and employers directly. Track the case and answer clarification requests.
- 4Authority evaluation and assessment
Link the PSV result, submit the regulator application and complete CBT/oral assessment if required. A positive PSV proves authenticity—it is not an eligibility letter or licence.
- 5Receive eligibility / registration
The regulator confirms the approved professional title. Review validity and outstanding conditions.
- 6Facility activation and licence
An eligible healthcare facility completes linking/activation, insurance and other regulator conditions. Practise only after the active licence is issued.

EMREE is used in the UAE medical residency-entry journey. Passing or scoring well in the exam does not by itself guarantee eligibility, interview selection, matching, licensing or a residency position. Requirements and program restrictions can change by application cycle.
